REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. PREAMBLE

This refund and return policy applies to purchases made on www.prima-bianca.com (hereinafter the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.

2. SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK – 30 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

At Piuma Bianca, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to test our products with complete peace of mind.

We'll walk you through the process—it's simple and no explanation is required.

Terms :

  • The product must be returned, even if opened, except in the case of an allergy or proven reaction (in this case, contact us).
  • The refund covers the product(s) concerned, excluding delivery costs.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days (article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), applicable only to unopened and unused products, returned in their original packaging.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS (excluding 30-day warranty)

Apart from the “30-day money-back guarantee”, certain products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products (within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal only).
  • Personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Care and cosmetic products, for hygiene reasons, except as part of our money-back guarantee .

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1: Return Request

Send an email to support@prima-bianca.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product concerned
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Shipping the product

  • Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories and protections.
  • Send the package to the address provided to you by our customer service.
  • Keep your shipment tracking number.

Step 3: Processing the return

  • Upon receipt and after verification, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund within 5 working days .
  • If accepted, the refund will be made using the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days .

5. REIMBURSEMENT

Refund period

The refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days after validation of the return.

Reimbursement methods

  • Payment by bank card : refund to the card used.
  • Payment via PayPal : refund to the associated PayPal account.
  • Credit or exchange : upon customer request, we can offer an exchange or credit for a future purchase.

6. DEFECTIVE ITEM OR SHIPPING ERROR

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at support@prima-bianca.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or full refund.
