GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) AND USE (GCU)

1. PREAMBLE

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) and Use (CGU) govern the use of the site www.prima-bianca.com (hereinafter the “Site”) as well as the contractual relations between Prima Bianca , owner of the Site, and its customers.

By accessing the Site and making a purchase, you unreservedly accept these conditions.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The products sold on the Site are described as accurately as possible. However, variations may exist depending on supplier updates.

If a product is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, we will inform the customer by email and offer a refund or a replacement product.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Payment can be made via the following methods:

The order is validated after receipt of full payment.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the destination address. We aim to ship orders within 30 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

Returns must be made in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for by articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code .

We cannot be held liable for improper use of the products or damage resulting from improper handling by the customer.

12. MODIFICATION OF THE GTC AND CGU

Prima Bianca reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will apply as soon as they are published on the Site. It is recommended that you consult this page regularly.
