DELIVERY POLICY
1. DELIVERY ZONE
We currently ship exclusively to mainland France . We do not yet offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
We ship your order within 2 working days after payment validation. Delivery then takes up to 10 working days , depending on the size of the order and the type of delivery chosen ( express or standard ).
Delivery times may vary depending on carriers and exceptional circumstances (public holidays, strikes, weather events, etc.).
3. DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order and the delivery method selected:
- Orders under €65 : Delivery charges will be applied (amount specified at the time of payment).
- Orders of €65 or more : Free standard delivery.
- Express option : Additional charges may apply depending on the carrier and the desired delivery time.
The exact amount of delivery costs is indicated before confirming the order.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.
5. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Delays and losses
If you notice a delay in the delivery of your order, we invite you to check the tracking of your package and to contact us at hello@prima-bianca.com in case of problem.
If a package is lost by the carrier, we will take the necessary steps to offer you a resend or refund according to your choice.
Damaged package
If you receive a damaged package, we invite you to refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the package.
